Mason & Fifth, Bermondsey

Perfect home from home, we even have the same kettle! Friendly, helpful staff and excellent location. Will use again as a base to explore more parts of London. Bus route 188 and tube connections make travel easy.

Location is quiet but central. The staff were friendly but the room felt far too small for a double bed and 2 people. Breakfast of cereal, fruit and toast was help yourself in the nice communal room downstairs.

I stayed at Mason & Fifth Bermondsey for over a year and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The co-living space is beautifully designed, welcoming, and truly feels like home. Kathryn and Natalie were always super helpful and available whenever I needed support, which made the whole residency smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm and well-managed co-living community in London!

My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights as her birthday gift. We absolutely loved it. The building was extremely secure, the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was a great quality (with a fruit selection available 24/7), and the manager and all other staff were very welcoming and friendly. There are also a couple of next-door cafés, wine bars, and a wholefood shop. The bus stops were very close too. I would definitely visit again.

Fabulous stay enhanced by the warm and welcoming vibe at M & F Bermondsey Fantastic location and gorgeous building. The studio room has a kitchenette where it’s possible to make a meal and even provide a cook book, olive oil and decent salt & pepper. Bed is comfy and rooms are spotless. House manager, Natalie was super efficient communicating pre and post arrival and sorting everything as I had an issue with the app not functioning. M & F has a lovely living area and courtyard for guests to hang out and the house manager really creates a great vibe welcoming guests, unlike any other place I’ve stayed, it’s quite unique. Be aware that they have just one studio room with a loft bedroom that has very little headspace. You cannot sit up in bed but need to shimmy into it. But M & F were very accomodating and sorted that too.

Great find for a friendly, well kept stay in the city. This place is located in a quiet street with a wonderful cafe on the corner. The building is comfortingly secure, clean, homely and welcoming. The unit I stayed in was exceptionally well maintained with little touches of care and thought that made my stay fun (teabags, heated towel rail, nice books on the shelves, lovely products in the shower. Felt like a home away from home. Hope to be back sooner rather than later.

Had a long weekend getaway with my partner and in her words “very cute “. We entered with a table of goodies and a sweet radio playing with a beautiful city view with the sun setting. With the facilities we’re able to cook some Italian dinner , and finish the night watching Batman. Amazing location 5 minutes from London Bridge, amazing price too and the staff are literally perfect. Will definitely return next time we staying in London.

We LOVED Mason & Fifth! My wife & I stayed there on two occasions for almost a month. Centrally located, very clean with a large community room on the ground floor and outside seating areas. Best coffee, 5 washers & dryers…. I can’t praise enough the wonderful & professional staff, Katherine, Natalie, Octavio who made us feel at home! A true gem!
